Ingredients (for 4 persons)
  • Broccoli

    1 head

  • Salt

    1 teaspoon

  • 【Sauce】

  • Ginger juice

    1 tablespoon

  • Salt

    1 teaspoon

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    4 tablespoons

Directions
  • Break the broccoli into small pieces, boil in water with salt and drain.

  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.

  • Place the mixture from (1) on dish and add the sauce from (2). (May be garnished with finely chopped ginger)

Tips: Ginger stimulates appetite.
