Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and spicy shrimps

400g (Cooked and peeled)

Kadoya hot sesame oil
2-4 teaspoons

Directions

Preheat oven to 180° C fan oven.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with a teaspoon of hot sesame oil (or two if you like spicy flavor), season with salt and toss.

Place the tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes.

Place the shrimp in a salad bowl, drizzle with one or two teaspoons of hot sesame oil and toss.

Add the shrimp to the dish with the tomatoes and return to the oven for 5 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions (between 8 and 10 minutes). Drain, season with salt and toss with cherry tomatoes and shrimp.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
