Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and spicy shrimps

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • Spagetti

    400g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    400g

  • Shrimp

    400g (Cooked and peeled)

  • Kadoya hot sesame oil

    2-4 teaspoons

  • Fresh coriander

  • Salt

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 180° C fan oven.

  • Rinse the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with a teaspoon of hot sesame oil (or two if you like spicy flavor), season with salt and toss.

  • Place the tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Place the shrimp in a salad bowl, drizzle with one or two teaspoons of hot sesame oil and toss.

  • Add the shrimp to the dish with the tomatoes and return to the oven for 5 minutes.

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions (between 8 and 10 minutes). Drain, season with salt and toss with cherry tomatoes and shrimp.

  • Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
