  • Tuna (Sashimi grade)

    100g

  • Avocado

    1/2 (50g)

  • 【A】Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    1 teaspoon

  • 【A】Soy Sauce

    1 teaspoon

  • 【A】Gochujang

    1/2 teaspoon

  • 【A】Sugar

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Egg Yolk

    1

  • Roasted white sesame seeds

Preparation

If the tuna is block shaped, cut into bite-size pieces for ease of eating.

  • In a small container, mix 【A】 well and dress the tuna sashimi, allowing the flavors to blend for about 5 minutes.

  • Arrange the tuna and avocado cut into bite-size pieces in a well-balanced arrangement.
    Top with an egg yolk, drizzle with Kadoya roasted sesame oil and sprinkle roasted white sesame seeds.
