Cauliflower

Kadoya roasted sesame oil

Curry powder

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan oven).

Remove the leaves and base of the cauliflower and rinse.

Cut into fairly thin slices.

Spread the slices on an oven tray with baking paper.

Mix sesame oil and curry powder.

Brush cauliflower slices with this mixture.

Season with salt and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
