Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • Cauliflower

    1

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    2 tablespoons

  • Curry powder

    1 tablespoon

  • Salt

Directions
  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan oven).

  • Remove the leaves and base of the cauliflower and rinse.

  • Cut into fairly thin slices.

  • Spread the slices on an oven tray with baking paper.

  • Mix sesame oil and curry powder.

  • Brush cauliflower slices with this mixture.

  • Season with salt and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
