Ingredients (for 2 servings)
  • Chicken thigh meat

    300g

  • Cabbage

    1/8

  • Bunch of mushrooms

    1/2

  • Chinese cabbage kimchi

    100g

  • Pizza cheese

    50g

  • [A] Water

    500ml

  • [A] Granulated chicken broth

    1/2 teaspoon

  • [B] Miso paste

    1 1/2 tablespoon

  • [B] Garlic (grated)

    1 teaspoon

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    1 tablespoon

Directions
  • Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, cabbage into chunks.

  • Cut off the woody stem of mushrooms and break them into pieces.

  • Put [A] in a pot over medium heat, add [B] and dissolve. Add the chicken, cabbage, and mushrooms from (1) and simmer until cooked through, about 7 minutes.

  • Add Chinese cabbage kimchi, mix all together, top with pizza cheese, and cook until cheese melts.

  • Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
