Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • Dried ramen noodles

  • Soy sauce

    4 tablespoons

  • Rice vinegar

    2 tablespoons

  • Sugar

    1 teaspoon

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    2 tablespoons

  • Peanut butter

    2 tablespoons

  • Cloves garlic, grated

  • Grated ginger

    2 teaspoons

  • Spring onions, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Toasted sesame seeds to garnish

Directions
  • Bring a pot of water to boil and cook noodles until al-dente.

  • While noodles are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, peanut butter, garlic, and ginger to make a sauce mixture.

  • When noodles are done, drain and add to a large bowl.

  • Pour sauce mixture and add spring onions.

  • Toss to combine. Seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Sprinkle top with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
